Here at Coulsdon House Clearance, we are always looking to offer our customers value for money. Whether you need us for household clearances, rubbish clearances, or anything else, we offer cost-effective solutions.
When you arrange a house clearance, not all of the belongings you are getting rid of will be junk items. You may have appliances, furniture, or collectables that can be resold, repurposed, or recycled. Our team of clearance specialists have been part of the industry for decades and can offer an accurate valuation of your items.
If we notice that some of the things you’re getting rid of have a high resell value we can help. We will either offer to buy them from you direct, or advise you on the best way to sell them for optimum profit. If you choose to sell to us, we will start by reducing the value of your clearance fee as a result.
Depending on the value and volume of your saleable items, there are three potential outcomes:
- your items are worth less than our clearance charges and you pay us the difference
- your items are worth the same as our clearance charges, so we clear your house for free
- your items are worth more than our clearance charges, so we pay you their value, less our clearance fee
